Fighting 15s: Shipping to the US

Shipping to the US is temporarily disabled. On 24 July, the universal 10% tariff introduced by President Trump is due to expire. Unless it is renewed, duty will switch to a rate that depends on the tariff code of each product. We will still be able to offer duty-paid delivery, but we need to check which rates are applied to the different commodity codes. We should be back dispatching to the US sometime on 24 July.
