Suspension of international deliveries by post

International deliveries by post are on hold because a cyber attack on Royal Mail means it cannot process international shipments. Royal Mail suspended the ability to buy international postage via Click and Drop on 12 January 2023 at 7pm, meaning that Fighting 15s cannot buy international postage.

The interruption of international delivery services affects everyone in the UK – it is not unique to Fighting 15s.

Fighting 15s has international orders outstanding, packed and ready to go, and these will be dispatched as soon as possible. International customers may still place orders in the shop but Fighting 15s will not be able to dispatch them until Royal Mail resolves the situation.

For orders of sufficient size, we are able to use a courier. A courier costs at least two and a half times the rate by post.

Update1 February 2023: Royal Mail has put workarounds in place and is at last accepting new items using International Tracked – our preferred option for orders heading abroad because in Europe this service largely bypasses GLS, the Royal Mail’s highly inefficient European arm, and uses each country’s postal service instead. We have caught up with orders up to 25 January, and will shortly be dealing with orders placed after that date and placed while we were on holiday.
