15mm paper flags, 1 sheet of 14 flags in Fighting 15s’ new enhanced style. Research into the flags of the period and surviving examples reveal that some of the French 1815-pattern flags had fringes. Our Orders of Battle range of flags therefore includes fringes; they may simply be trimmed off if not required
