Delivery suspended for Ireland and Italy

Fighting 15s regrets that customs-related issues with Italy and the Republic of Ireland mean we have temporarily suspended deliveries to both countries.

Ireland has a long-running issue with rejecting parcels with what An Post says is incorrect customs information. Again, this is affecting parcels from a number of countries outside the EU, and has been widely reported as an issue by eBay sellers since last year. See www.irishtimes.com. Obviously, if parcels from countries outside the EU are getting to other EU countries, then the issue isn’t with the labelling but with An Post’s system, because the electronic information on the new customs labels is the same.
